Korean electronic giant Samsung recently introduced the arrival of its new product called N110 which is a netbook computer that features ultra-portable design and the latest mobile technologies.
Electronic giant Samsung recently announced the arrival of its new product called N110 which is a netbook computer that features ultra-portable design and the latest mobile technologies which is expected to tap the lucrative market of mobile users who need a reliable Internet connection.
The N110, which seems like an updated version of Samsung NC10, has improved battery lifespan and more responsive touchpad than its predecessor (the downside is that the size is narrower). While this is an apparent improvement from the previous model, the price is expected to be more expensive (comes at a starting price of $469).
In terms of size, the ultra-portable computer has a total measurement of 10.3 x 7.3 x 1.2 inch and weighs approximately 2.8 lbs. With this compact and lightweight design, this is highly ideal for professionals who need an Internet-enabled device (apart from smartphones with its limited screen) that will allow them to maximize their work productivity.
Unlike, some netbooks with limited keyboard space, the N110 has a typing space which is 93 percent the size of a desktop keyboard. Meanwhile, the raised keys will also improve the tactile feedback to allow faster and more convenient typing.
Other features are 1GB RAM,160GB hard drive system, (1.6-GHz) Intel Atom N270 processor, Three USB 2.0 ports, VGA port, Ethernet jack, headphone/microphone jacks, 3-in-1 memory card reader, and Windows XP Home OS compatibility.
According to report, the N110 will be introduced in the second quarter of 2009.
