The Olympus FE-310 is an 8-megapixel camera that supports impressive image technologies that will allow users to expand and crop their photos without losing the quality. Other features include Face Detection Technology, Digital Image Stabilization, 17 shooting modes, fast shutter speeds, high ISO, and a 2.5-inch LCD screen.
The Olympus FE-310 is an 8-megapixel compact camera that features lens that can put images 60 percent closer, thus allowing users to capture well-detailed and high-resolution photos. With this capability, the photos will not lose its quality and details after cropping and enlarging these.
Like most high-end cameras, this Olympus model features “intelligent” technologies including Face Detection that provides dramatic portrait by automatically adjusting the setting and focusing the lens to the subject’s face before capturing it.
Another “intelligent” technology is the Digital Image Stabilization that compensates the camera shake. With this feature that combines fast shutter speeds and high ISO, users can capture sharp photos even if their hands are shaky or the subject is moving fast.
To support different lighting conditions and settings, the FE-310 features 17 shooting modes such as night scene, sunset, portrait, landscape, and sports, thus allowing people to capture brilliant and well-detailed photos.
The camera also has a 2.5-inch LCD screen that projects clear and sharp images and assists users to focus their subject on the lens and allow them to share their image files with other people. The LCD also features “Perfect Shot Preview” that projects the exposure compensation before users shoot their subject, thus allowing them to make certain adjustments to make their photos more dramatic.

However, one downside of this camera is that it uses AA batteries and not the rechargeable lithium-ion power system.
