The Navman iCN510 GPS comes with the Navman V3 software that includes necessary and useful information such as topographical maps, the US and Europe’s base roads, shortest versus quickest route option, postcode routing and enhanced route summary and zoom functionality.
With a weight of only 5.8 oz, the Navman iCN510 proved turn-by-turn directions spoken by your choice of a male or female voice. Operated with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, it includes a street-level map of the US and Europe and Point Of Interest (POI) data. 2D maps or a 3D birds-eye map can be selected for your convenience. When you turn it on though, maps takes awhile to load.
You can navigate your ways through US and European streets either by using the 3.5-inch touch screen interface of this GPS device or a stylus included with it. It also includes an interface with six keys for navigation. One of the best features about the screen, too, is its clarity. It doesn’t matter if it’s so bright outside or dark, you’ll be able to see the screen clearly in any condition.
To use the GPS device, you can select an address, POI data or use navigation from the center of the town you are in. If you happen to take a wrong turn, the GPS device will quickly recalculate your route and lead you to the right direction.
The Navman iCN510 uses radio signals to give you the most accurate positioning and navigation for you. It comes a standard SD memory card so you can save routes. It also comes with a USB so you can connect it to your computer and add more maps and programs.
It doesn’t matter where you are, whether you are in the US or Europe. The Navman iCN510 will work for you either way. One downside though is the low capacity of the memory card so you might want to consider getting a better one for your GPS.
