Medion PCC150
PDA Device
To allow users to travel in unfamiliar places, the Medion PCC150 features a built-in GPS satellite technology that provides road direction and important points of interests. Meanwhile, the PDA device also features Microsoft Windows which is ideal for business travelers as they can maximize their work output from anywhere.
The Medion PCC150 is a PDA device which has been designed to support Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 complemented with Intel XScale PXA255 that allows users to maximize their work productivity from any place they go.
The main feature of this gadget is the built-in GPS that supports satellite navigational technologies and tools; making this ideal for business travelers and tourists.
To support high-resolution images, this touchscreen PDA has a 3.5-inch display which can support 240 x 320 pixels. Complementing this feature is the color transflective TFT display that makes the images appear with deeper and more vibrant colors.
Meanwhile, the Medion PCC150 also has an audio system that supports stereo sound and has a built-in microphone and loudspeakers.
For users who need a bigger storage capacity, the PDA has been designed to support memory cards up to 2GB or even higher than this as long as the card is not SD 2.0/HC. The device is also compatible with interfaces such as SD, MMC, and SDIO.
One of the most obvious downside of this PDA is the lack of wireless connectivity such as the Bluetooth Technology and WLAN (Wi-Fi) Technology, two capabilities which are now common in mobile devices. With this lack of feature, the PDA is not ideal for web-centric consumers.
Other features are: lithium-ion battery (10 hours of battery life), USB 1.1, internal GPS antenna, and proprietary connectors.
