Canon PowerShot SX100 IS is a powerful digital-SLR that features technologies which are both ideal for novice users and professional photographers. Canon PowerShot SX100 IS is an 8-megapixel digital-SLR that features DIGIG III Image Processor that supports “intelligent” technologies including the Face Detection for capturing dramatic portraits. To use this technology, users will have to press the shutter button halfway and the camera will automatically detect the subject’s face and choose the most ideal setting before capturing it.
